Haircare Routine

IMG_3846I struggle with my frizzy hair all the time but some of the products I use just help to keep my hair problems at bay. I thought of share those stuffs to you all that may help some of you.

Since my hair is on the frizzy side, I always use moisturising masks once every week. I have two options. one is Avocado mask and the next one is PHYTO – Phytokeratine Extreme Exceptional Mask :IMG_3612 This mask is a regenerative treatment for dry, brittle, and damaged hair that works to repair and transform hair instantly and over time.

The mask comes in a cute tube with a Phyto logo on it. It does have a thick cream consistency. After shampooing, apply a small amount to the towel dried-hair except scalp like a conditioner. Comb through to distribute evenly. Then I leave it on for 5 minutes and then wash off.

This will leave your hair so soft, managable and frizz free which makes it look so healthy after wash. The mask is formulated without Parabens and Silicones.

If I dint use any hair masks, I will go for oiling the hair,

Roots & Herbs Hair Food :img_8646This tiny bottle has the oil infused with 49 herbs. The main ingredients are bringraj, hibiscus flower, brahmi, jatamansi, triphala which helps in promoting hair growth & restful sleep. It has 8 to 10 essential oils in it which helps in nourishment of scalp and hair. I use it once a week and it can be used for all hair types.

Then for washing I use Head & Shoulders Shampoo.

Now coming to the straightening part, I mostly straighten my hair compared to blow drying. I always try not to put too much heat to my hair and damage it.
