Few weeks earlier I have been to Tresind, absolutely loved the food and experience. So Last week I visited their another branch “Carnival by Tresind” which is located in DIFC to enjoy their Non Veg Tasting Menu.They had the Valet parking which was so helpful. The ambience was so cute with cool decor such as copper tress and doors, mirrors ❤ This is where we dined, so pretty right ?!Makhan Phal, Cocoa butter hive and avocado & lime puree on top, Served in a tray over Liquid nitrogen. This Deliciousness melts away in your mouth in seconds.Happy Halloween, Soft buns stuffed with mashed pumpkin with some spices. It tasted like stuffed buns (Paniyaaram) which is one of a traditional dish in South India 🙂Life is short Eat the dessert first, This one is my favourite. I never thought I would have spicy and sweet flavours in a same dish. Jalebi is placed on top of Potato, Channa chaat and yoghurt mousse.Dal Phulka, Flavourful yellow lentil soup served in a coffee cup as a cappuccino with a yummy phulka cookie in the jar nearby.Ok Look at the presentation, thats so cool right ?! A refreshing drink made with passion fruit and berries served in a glass skull. My husband still complaining that I didn’t share the drink with him.Pulliinji, South indian dishes always excites me. This is something beyond. Palm sugar caramel coated ginger prawns with a curry leaf net on top.Meatalicious, The spicy lamb was served with Potato masala on a banana leaf. I liked this dish more in Tresind which was cooked with some other spices.Utterly Butterly, I have never eaten this much soft beef in my life. The beef was cooked with butter and served with some soft bread topped with Dhal masala.Vada Pav service, A Classic vegetarian snack of Mumbai. This was made live infront of us. The staff dressed like a construction worker and came with a tool box. I was thinking like, what is he doing here?! Then he opened the box and made this spicy Vada Pav.Mutton dressed as lamb, Mutton galouti chop wrapped inside lamb with ivy ground slices on top and nihari gravy was poured around it. With the soft meat, the dish was so flavourful with all the masalas. The dish was served with fermented dough bread.East India Company, a dish that was made during the time when British rule. This is my another favourite main dish with all of my favourites together like eggs, chicken and potatoes topped with some crispy noodles.Carta Farta, steamed seabass with malabar style gravy which was cooked inside a plastic bag that can take upto 200 degree celsius. It was served with lemon rice.Chaat wala, guava is used like a bowl and filled with cream, sprinkled with strawberry chaat masala. I didn’t enjoy it much.
