Rimmel Haul and Review

Some new ( new when I bought 😀 )and old stuff from Rimmel !

Glam’Eyes HD Eyeshadow :

Rimmel’s  versatile 5 shade palette in 024 Pinkadilly, new hybrid powder-cream technology glides on smoothly and is easy to blend. It comes in a sleek plastic packaging with a transparent lid, offers 5 shades. I have to say that the fist and last shades are bringing happiness to me and my eyelids.

I always want to try bright pink shade but what if it doesn’t suit me? I don’t want my money get wasted in high ends, that’s got this affordable palette. Apply dry for a subtle look or wet for high impact colour. I had to go over and over again with the brush to get the desired amount of colour on the lids. I love to use the fist and last (satin finish) shades on the lids using my fingers, I found that helpful to get the enough pigmentation easily.

If you are looking for a everyday kind of palette, 022 – Brixton Brown would be a great choice.

Available in 6 Shades :

  • 021 – Golden Eye
  • 022 – Brixton Brown
  • 023 – Foggy Grey
  • 024 – Pinkadilly Circus
  • 025 – Victoria’s Purple
  • 026 – Greenwich

Magnif’eyes double liner :

Let’s talk about my favourite. Magnify your eyes in 2 easy, mistake-proof steps to make a lasting impression at any occasion. The new Magnif’eyes double liner is ultra long-lasting, 24HR, waterproof, transfer proof formula will stay put all day. The liner creates endless combinations from matte to shimmer to pearly finishes.

This is a recent release from Rimmel, Which is an double ended product with a eyeshadow on one side and kohl kajal liner on the other. The packaging is simple like a pen. As you can see the product is highly pigmented, doesn’t smudge which I love. The shadows are creamy, stays for longer time and easy to use. The shade I have is called 001 Black to Blacks. I love love love the 002, 003, 005, I suggest you guys to checkout them and I am sure you will love it. The liner costs 45AED. The Shades:

  • 001 –  Back to Blacks
  • 002 – Kissed by a Rose Gold
  • 003 – Queens of the Bronzed Age
  • 004 – Dark Side of Blue
  • 005 – Pink & Purple rain

The Kate Sculpting & Highlighting Kit :

Rimmel Introduces its first Sculpting & Highlighting Kit, Kate Moss has collaborated with Rimmel to create her very own Sculpting & Highlighting Kit, made up of three silky soft pressed powders to highlight, contour and define your face. That seamlessly blend with your natural skin tone to create a healthy, radiant, sculpted look.

The easy-to-use kit features:

  • Soft shimmer powder to highlight
  • Matte shading powder to contour
  • Powder blush for definition and colour

Available in 2 Shades:

  • 002 – Coral Glow designed for fair to medium skin tones, including olive skin.
  • 003 – Golden Bronze works best on medium to dark skin. The warm gold highlighter is complemented by a rich brown shading powder and a dark gold coral blush that lifts the skin tone.

The Sculpting and Highlighting Kit comes in a sleek rose-gold and black compact , perfect for travelling and also features a three-step guide on the backside. The golden highlighter and mid-bronze sculpting shade are warmed by a bright peach blush that looks fresh.

The powder is soft and easy to blend. As I am not a big fan of contouring, I dint buy the kit as considering the shade. I loved the subtle highlight and the coral blush stayed for a good amount of time as well. It costs 52 AED.

Rimmel Products available in Lifestyle, Max, Boots, Carrefour.
