April Favourites

It’s that time of the month again for the favourites post !

OPI Polish :

I am more into basics this month, so here’s the basic shade everybody need to have.

  • OPI Alpine Snow – White Shade
  • OPI Kyoto Pearl – Gorgeous pearl shade

Bourjois City Radiance Foundation :

City Radiance foundation contains SPF 30 and has an anti-pollution screen that reduces the presence of carbon particles on the skin, resulting in a fresh and luminous complexion.

The City Radiance Foundation has the light texture with fresh water flower fragrance. The formula hydrates as well as brightens, gives a light to medium coverage. The shade i have is the last one, Golden Sun. since it is light on me, I use this for under eye highlighting. It comes in 6 shades :

  • 01 Rose Ivory
  • 02 Vanilla
  • 03 Light Beige
  • Beige
  • Golden Beige
  • Golden Sun

The only drawback is that they don’t come in darker shades, there is only shades available for light to medium skin tones. Costs 79 AED.

Gosh Kiss me Lip Balm :

Moisturizing Lip Balm is a hybrid of true color, soft moisture and glossy finish. Slip on this highly moisturizing advanced wear gelly texture and reinvent the rules of lip color.

The one I have is in the shade 02 first kiss, a beautiful bubblegum pink. It Moisturises like a Lip Balm, Colour like a Lipstick, Shine like a gloss. It is Paraben and Perfume Free

It comes in 6 shades :

  • 01 Innocent Kiss
  • 02 First Kiss
  • 03 Flirty Kiss
  • 04 Sweet Kiss
  • 05 Irresistible Kiss
  • 06 Hot Kiss

Natural Eye Serum :

The royal serum removes the dark circles, puffiness and wrinkles around eyes. The Serum contains only natural ingredients and main ingredients are black and red pepper oil, jojoba oil, avocado oil mixed in special ratios. So you will feel warm for a minute, Avoid direct contact with eyes.

The Serum worked better than the ones in the market with fancy packaging and ingredients. I have used this serum during the whole April and can see my dark circles faded to a better extent. It costs 60 AED. I bought it online, their Facebook page and Instagram page.

Revlon Eyeshadow :

The Revlon Eyeshadow quad in 584 Surreal has 3 light shades  and a black shade with very less glitters (not really visible). The shades are not vibrant, I loved using the third and fourth shade for an easy everyday eye makeup.

Gosh Eyeliner :

The Gosh Let’s Twist Eyeliner in carbon black, dark liner glides so smoothly and don’t smudge. The Eyeliner available in many colors. It fades slightly after few hours. But I loved the easy application.

PHYTO Subtle Elixir :

An intense nourishing pre-shampoo oil treatment with a subtle blend of potent, beautifying oils that restores dry, or damaged hair to vibrant health.

The formula is 98% natural and botanical which restructures ultra-dry hair—leaving hair feeling immediately replenished with its original softness and shine restored. Phyto products are formulated without Parabens, Sulphates and Phthalates.

Apply on dry hair, prior to shampoo. Massage into lengths and ends. Leave on for 10 minutes or more depending on the hair’s level of porosity. Rinse thoroughly and proceed with shampooing. This product may be left in longer for a more intense treatment.

Main Ingredients : Egg yolk oil, Camellia oil, Corn germ oil, Karanja oil.

The lightweight texture effortlessly penetrates into each strand bringing damaged, dehydrated hair back to life. The oil smells funny, I use it once a week and keep it on the hair for like 1 hour. My hair felt so replenished, frizz free and shiny after the wash. This is the sample size, I definitely be purchasing the full size.

Bourjois Eyeshadow :

A very glittery golden shade called Ombre a Paupieres from Bourjois.  There is fallouts which is always happen with glittery shadows. but that can be adjusted to have this gorgeous golden sparkles on the lids.

Neutrogena  2 in 1 Wash/Mask :

I already wrote a Blog post about this product, You can Read it Here.
